Lying on a mattress, you will listen to the sounds of Frank Klank’s singing bowls and other instruments.

These sounds accompany Jurko’s Yoga Nidra. This is an ancient relaxation technique also called “the sleep of the yogi. In a Yoga Nidra, all you have to do is lie down and listen to the sounds of voice and instruments.

During this “sleep yoga,” your brain moves from an active Beta state through a quieter Alpha state to the deep rest of lower Theta and Delta brainwaves. Only there, with healthy sleep, does your brain get the chance to process impressions, find solutions to difficult issues and gain new energy.

The instruments you hear during this concert have a similar effect on your brain and nervous system, and thus the combination with Yoga Nidra provides a very deep relaxation!
