Start the new year in a relaxed way with fresh sounds, and tune in to yourself and your intentions for 2026.

Be inspired and surprised by the instruments of Frank Klank: singing bowls, monochord, and gong.

Lying on a comfortable mattress, under a blanket, you can surrender to the swelling and fading sounds of Frank’s various instruments.

You may choose to meditate throughout the entire session. Or simply let yourself be carried along by the different sounds and embark on an inner journey.

By formulating an intention for yourself, you can attune to both yourself and the new year. What are your desires or wishes for 2026?

PRACTICALS

2:30 – 3:30 pm: concert
3:30 – 4:30 pm: Tea in the community lounge with a treat, to welcome in the new year together!

Wear comfortable clothing and, if you like, warm socks.
The studio provides mattresses, yoga mats, meditation cushions, and blankets.

The Meditation Garden is located in the middle of the park, surrounded by beautiful, nurturing nature. It’s the building between the Rietveld House and the Glass House, best reached via the entrance with the red bridge. Google Maps will guide you!

If it’s your first visit, plan in some extra time to find the Meditation Garden.

Bicycles must be parked outside the park.

Important to know: you risk a fine if you bring your bike into the park (this also applies to walking with your bike at hand).
