Sound, voice and silence

Allow yourself to be guided into a deep experience of rest through sound, voice and silence.

Frank Klank and Jurko van Veenendaal have been working together for years and will guide you on a calming, restorative journey during this lying-down concert. You rest on a mat, carried by Frank’s sound bowls, gongs and monochord, while Jurko accompanies you with his voice: live-sung mantras, gentle meditative practices and a full Yoga Nidra session.

What it brings you

During this combination of a sleep-yoga session, concert and sound bath, your brain shifts from the active beta state into the deeper relaxation of alpha, theta and delta waves. In that state, your parasympathetic nervous system activates — the part of your system responsible for recovery, processing, solutions and renewed energy.

You don’t have to do or achieve anything. Just lie down, breathe, listen. Let yourself be carried by sound and silence.

Many people experience it as a reset: less noise in the mind, more space in the body, and a stronger sense of presence.

About Jurko

Jurko is a singer, coach in inspiring speaking and radical rest, and is passionate about helping people connect with their higher self. He combines his work as a psychological coach with his passion for radical rest. Jurko trained in Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga with Christina Guerra, among others. In addition to being a Nidra teacher, he is also a holistic breathwork coach and trained with Heleen Ytsma.
